At Primal Balm, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

During periods of high demand, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 7–14 business days
  • International: 10–21 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email containing a tracking number so you can monitor your package's journey.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we may be unable to issue a refund or replacement if the package is lost or returned.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We'll do our best to update your information before the order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be delayed, please first check the tracking information.

If your shipment is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, contact us and we'll work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the packaging

We'll review your claim and arrange a replacement or other appropriate solution when applicable.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
